return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order! With some exceptions (see below), if you are not satisfied with your order you may return it within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee. We do, however, require that you pay to ship the item back to us, and any shipping fees originally paid on your order are non-refundable. Here are the exceptions and clarifications:

  • Products must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts.
  • We cannot accept returns on products that have been reformulated/modified or where the packaging has been customized (custom labels) or irreparably damaged in any way. Any product that has been damaged during shipping will not be eligible for a refund.
  • We cannot accept returns on partially opened/used cases of product.
  • All returns and exchanges are subject to our Terms of Use so any of our NanoMetallic Silver products that have not been stored properly (out of the light) will also not be eligible for a refund.

Please contact us in order to receive complete instructions on returning goods.  Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. For US customers, additional time may be required in order to deal with customs clearances/documentation. 

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges on products after 30 days from the date of purchase and the product being returned cannot be opened or partially used. Inside of 30 days, you can exchange an item by returning it to us and placing a new order for the item(s) that you would like in place of the original order. If there is a difference in the cost of the items exchanged you will be responsible for payment before the replacement product can be shipped.
